He is Married to another Woman

I found out that my husband of about 2 years has been married to another woman since 2007 in Dimmit Texas..when you look up his spouse information.. Only the other woman pops up... I found most of their information online but unsure of what to do.. Do I need some kind of Void? Please Help!! Am I even married?

Seriously? You have to be told what to do?

You ASK HIM if he divorced her.

If he says yes, insist on seeing the divorce decree or find out what county court the divorce was in and look it up.

If he says no, do two things.

1 - Call your local District Attorney and report the crime of bigamy.

2 - Hire a lawyer.
