I have a felony, larceny by employee/pertaining by false pretense, and I also have a misdemeanor conviction, which makes me ineligible for expungement. Is there any way to have a felony conviction removed or overturned?

You can appeal the conviction, IF the time to take leave to appeal hasn't passed.
The only other thing you can do is seek executive clemency by your state's governor, or a full pardon, once again; your state's governor.

However, clemency is rare, and pardons are nearly impossible.
