I recently had my child support reviewed, and they dropped it by almost $100.00. Even though there are 2 children that receive support from the same father. Now since it has dropped, the other child is making $2300.00 more than my child. I would like to know how to go about making the support even between the 2 children. I have a hearing August,5. I need some advice, where to go or what are my options. Thanks Love to Hear what I need to do.
I need advice from someone who knows Ohio Law's!!!!!

Have you googled Ohio's guidelines? there is no way to make sure both kids receive the same amount of support. Are you talking about 2300.00 annual difference? A lot depends on meical needs of the child and what mom's income is too, the cost of health insurance, daycare, etc..
