Ok, I took your advice from my previous concerns and have obtained an Attorney. After looking over the facts / rude and threatening emails / the lack of communication from the present Admin, she feels that there is a strong chance that the court will remove this person.

Attorney is asking me to come up with some names of independent 3rd party people who would be willing to step into this matter. My new question is:

Who would these people be and how to find them?

Estate Planners? Bank Trust Departments? CPA's?

Do you good folks have any ideas?

my attorney had no ideas.

sorry I asked here...the rudeness of you all is sure shining on. Guess it was silly of me to even inquire here....should of known better than to rely on people who spend the majority of their time posing as experts on the internet...'bout as bad as the old AOL chat rooms (were you all there, too?) and bad of me to even of gotten involved here.

What people are saying to you is that if the attorney you contacted has no idea who should be the 3rd party executor that attorney likely isn't who should be handling this for you or if there is something so unique about your situation that is stopping the lawyer from advising you on this a bunch of people on the internet are very unlikely to be able to provide an answer with MUCH less information than the lawyer had.

zzddoodah's answer may have been a bit snarky, but no one else was even CLOSE to rudeness.
