Has anyone see a Third-Party Complaint in a foreclosure?

Two of my properties have foreclosure actions filed against them.

The reason for that is a privy pit under my condo and in the common area next to it.

I filed Third Party complaints... but the judge is saying he's going to foreclose and that he doesn't have to hear the third party complaints before he forecloses.

Any experience with this????

Sorry to hear about your predicament. I'm not sure if there is anything one can do except somehow come up with the money and then try to recover the damages against the third party. I'm very sortty to hear and hope things eventually turn out okay for you...
