harrassment/mobbing/demotion

I was demoted 2 months ago for costing my company with a $600.00 dollar loss. I was repeatedly mobbed and harrassed for approx. 7months. I ended up seeing a psychologist during the deal and ended up in the local ER diagnosed with depression from the employees actions. I had no focus and had a very hard time keeping my focus and following simple direction without forgetting what I was supposed to do. When my old Mgr. got transfered to another store my 3 girls were terrified because they knew I could rat them out. They set me up to fail, slandered my name with other employees and the union, repeatedly cornered me, told half truth to my specialist, etc. I tried to approach my store director about my diagnoses and he cut me off and said we will talk about it next week( he didnt even know what I was going to tell him). I told my specialist I wanted to talk to him about leaving and he walked away from me, one day he was in the store 3 times. The whole thing boils down to this when my new mgr. came I told the girls why dont we just get to work and forget about the things that happened around here. They were shocked. 3 weeks later the one girl said to me "we thought you were friends with Stephanie". She is a superior they don't like. Do I have any legal grounds? I have lost $1200.00 per month over this ordeal.
