harrasment phone calls

my wife keeps getting phone calls from capital one for a debt. she has the same name as someone else but diffrent middle initial we have told them over and over and over. that she is not who they seek but yet they keep calling her and are very rude. now this bill has gone to and outside collection agency and now they are calling and threating her. getting tired of dealing with these people. have even warned them about harrasement but they keep calling. help please. do i have any legal rights thank you.
