Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct Harassment

Hello Everyone
I live in Virginia and I am dealing with a person stalking/harassing me. I dont know very much about what the law allows or what steps to take to get this stopped. Who do I need to talk to first and what do I need to do to get this stopped? Is there anything like a protective order or peace bond that I can file against this person to keep her away from me?
