MILAM COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) Milam County deputies recovered $830,000 in cash and bags filled with gambling equipment and arrested a Central Texas man after checking a report early Monday that a car was stopped in the middle of a rural road.
They also recovered two firearms.
Deputies found the driver of the car passed out behind the wheel of the car in the 2400 block of FM 1712 north of Rockdale.
Rock Eanes of Rockdale was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawfully carrying a firearm, authorities said in a press release Monday afternoon.
