We plan to marry in September on the East Coast.
She'll quit her job and move to the East Coast; somethimes in August.
What are her legal choices to do this in terms of keeping legal status.
Her facts: She has PERM (Nov 05)
She got I-140
Her H1-B is valid til Sep 2007.
Question:
Which one should we do first: Marry or quit her job and loose H1-B status?
Does she have to quit first and marry then; or marry first and then quit job?
