If i was arrested for domestic violence charge back in February of 2012 and the state attorney dropped the charges and it says nolo pole can i get a gun license

You need to ask the authorities in Florida if you qualify for a gun permit.

Usually any domestic violence conviction disqualifies a person from obtaining such permits or even owning a firearm.

I suggest you ask the local police, sheriff, or FDLE.
