guilty or not??

I have to go to court soon to fight a charge against me for "failure to control speed to prevent colliding with an object"
I hit a power pole. My defence is that my breaks did not work. I have written documentation that the break power booster failed. The prosecuter states thats no excuse. Am i guilty or not?

Arizona Traffic Ticket

I assume that you have plead not guilty to the ticket and requested a trial. You need to have sufficient documentation of the mechanical failure from a mechanic and it needs to be in a form that will be admissable by the court.

Plead your case and it will be up to the judge, not the prosecuter.
