My Daughter signed guardianship of her 2 oldest children to family members, My family had the children for 1 year & 3 months. The lawyer told my family that my daughter had to proove she was fit before she got them back, my daughter went to a different county & signed custody over to the so called dad, he is not proven as the dad. His name is on the birth certificates but DNA has not been done. Now the children is with this man because they went to court & my daughter lied & said she had the children. The police came & took them because of a court order based upon a lie. What rights do the guardians have & what can be done to get the children back to the guardians? I would deeply appreciate any & all information. Do they have rights? What makes the paper only legal in one county when it has the State seal on it?
