hello, my problem is in feb 2006 i took legal guardianship of my two oldest grandchildren. in about july my brother and sister inlaw asked me if they could have custody of them for several reasons at the time i lived in an apartment and had to be at work by 5:00am, that meant we had to get up by 4:00am in order to get ready and take them to my ex husband's house. they would go back to bed over there and get up later for school. the problem now is my sister inlaw is getting very possesive of them. my daughter is a meth addict, every time she has called to go see them they play games with her like yes you can come see them and then with in minutes call back and say oh we are going to the store or something. i'm not saying they don't have a good life but things have changed. i don't work those hours any more and my ex husband and i are soon to be marreid again could you plese tell me what options we have in getting the kids back.
