Criminal Law Green card -misdemonour

Hi

recently i have been charged in Michingan for faliure to move lane for emergency responder, this is a misdemenor with 3 month in jail and 4 points if convicted. will this be a problem I have a green card and want to apply for citizenship. Should I ask my attoney to
change the charge to something else which will not be a problem for my green card or
citizenship.

Please suggest.

Your attorney cannot change anything, that is up to the DA and the judge. You should be asking your attorney this.
