My son was duped into a marriage based on a fraud. The girl lied about every aspect of her life, her job, her reasons for being in america, her feelings for my son. She lied to our family, the INS, all, in my opinion, to gain resident status. She is from Holland, and my son has since sent her back there after discovering the depth of her lies. He now seeks an annulment or dissolution. What is the fastest, least expensive way to do this. He has only been married since April 5 of this year.

I hate to say it this way but getting a lawyer is your best bet.

All of the above remarks are true. Annulments aren't just handed out after you sign on the dotted line. It has been over 6 months. I'm not saying that you don't have a case for one to happen but, if you want it done as quickly as possible, you go to the specialist who knows how to make that happen - a divorce lawyer.
