I hope im in the right place to get the answers im looking for.
My ex boyfreind and i have a 3 year old son together, I have sole legal and sole physical custody of our child. He was granted supervised visitation 3 days a week for 2 hours each day, that was in June 2007. My ex boyfreind moved to a diffrent state in October of the same year. Our son hasent heard anything from him since June of 2008 and hasent seen his father since October of 2007, I just recently got married to a new man who loves my son and wants to adopt him, what do i need to do to make this happen, do i need to file abandonment papers on my ex boyfreind??? Im not sure what to do so I'm looking for advice.
