Thank you very much for reading this. I'll try to make it as simple as I can. My father and aunt are co-executors of my late grandmother's estate. There is a codicil to the will stipulating that my father take care of my grandmother's German property. Recently, my father learned that my aunt has been trying to either obtain the property or sell it, making repeated trips to Germany. They are not on speaking terms. How can my father legally stop my aunt? The will was written in Utah, the property is in Germany. Thank you!
