Giving up join Custody Rights

My jurisdiction is: Florida

I would like to know what legal forms I do need to file for giving up my join custody rights. I want to give full custody to my ex.

Her constant threats and insults to my family has make the whole situation not workable. The time with the kids has become just a stressful situation for everybody.

I just want to continue with my financial obligation. What steps I need to follow in order to get this done.

Why would you want to do this? Stop listening to mom and stop communicating with mom unless it is to see your kids. Do not let mom ruin your relationship with your kids. Why haven't you taken mom back to court and filed contempt? Please do not let mom do this. She is alientating the kids from you and if you take her back to court a judge might not be too please with her antics. Have you documented everything? Have you seen an attorney? Your kids need their father. Do not give up on them. Before you do this talk to an attorney and find out how you can keep mom at bay and se your kids.
