My girlfriend got a DUI while on parole for CVH , she wasnt drunk and passed the field sobriety tests ,( she was stopped at a red light and thought it had changed but drove too soon so she got pulled over) but they made her do the breathalyzer because she has a zero use limit due to her parole. She blew a .08 , she is tiny maybe a 100lbs. By the time she gets to court she will have been in jail 6 months waiting trial. This would be her second DUI and only because her prior CVH makes any future DUI's a felony regardless. She never got treatment in prison BUT is going thru treatment now while in jail. She would also only have two months left on her original parole by the time she goes to court. My question is does anyone have any insight on the possible outcome ? They havent officially violated her parole yet since they are waiting the court results.
