I have a appointment to go to DHR in December. The Judge never ordered us to receive child support through DHR, she was told to pay us directly, but I decided to get a appointment to have the mother pay through DHR because I know she will never pay us directly. She was ordered to pay starting November 1st but tells us when we asked where the child support was that she had all month. Her intentions I know is never to pay. I know her better than anyone, and she would rather use any money she has for drugs.
If I get DHR involved, what all do they do? What if the mother does not pay them?
