Getting copies of Cell phone records

Is it possible to get your cell phone records if they are in your husbands name? He has cheated several times and we know for sure he is cheating again now. He refuses to give out the password to the account. Is there a way i can get a copy of them?

Unless you can get the courts to order a copy of them, probably not.

Cheating does not make a difference in most states since most are no fault anyways. If you are in a state where adultery can be used, cell phone records still do not prove an affair.
