Two months ago they replaced the apartment tennis court with a soccer field. (yes stupid, I know) but now we have about 15-20 guys every night playing soccer right by our apartment kicking the ball over the fence hitting cars and causing a disturbance. I called the police and they said they couldn't do anything because it was private property. the gates started being locked and the guys would break into the gate. I went to the office to complain every night it was happening I was in the office the next day. I called corporate and they said all hey could do was lock it at 9 pm. the other night they were in the soccer field I called the police and again private property however the property manager showed up and told them to trespass the guys there. Because there was so many they just verbally said you have been trespassed don't come back. I was told if I had the same issue again to call the police. well I called again today and it was if I was starting all over again! police did nothing and I still look like the bad guy. My question is what should I do now I was told I can break my lease with a 60 day notice but I cant deal another 60 days this way. I have called the police a lot so I'm not sure what that also means for me. and now the guys on the court know the cops cant do anything so what now?

Your best option, as well as your safest, is pretend not to see.

You're not gong to get any help, and the more you complain, you're just painting a target on your back.

No one is going to help you, but the thugs might start to make your life miserable.

I can imagine what kind of scum the soccer field attracts.

Give the landlord your 60 day notice, and get the heck outta that soon to be slum land.

While you're waiting, pretend not to see what the thugs and criminals are doing, if you want to get outta there alive.

Your landlord should be receiving complaints from the tenants.

In addition you should see if you can go in to the local police department and see if they have any type of community affairs officer or escalate the issue to a supervisor.

There is no way that the problem should be ignored if individuals are breaking through a fence to gain access to a property.
