I have a garnishment with my employer. They have in there records that I am being garnished for a capital one account for over 8,796 dollars. After taking with capital one they only have on record it is for 874 dollars. Huge difference. So I am having trouble working with the employer to get this correct. In the meantime I have had over 1,300 dollars a already taken from my paychecks and it is making it very difficult to pay my bills and support my family. I don't have a problem with the 874 dollars because that is money is owes to them. Just trying to get my employer to stop pulling money from my check. What can I do?

I suggest you hire an attorney, unless you know how to stop the pain.
No one will listen to you.
They will obey a court order, obtained by a lawyer on your behalf, or by yourself.
