my wages were garnished while i was on FMLA, when i came back my husband and i split up, i moved into a new place only to find my wages were garnished.
I dont have enough money to pay anything not even for my meds. My job is not one i can transfer i have been working for this company for 7 years. If i cant stop the garnishment i will have to move in with my daughter 1 1/2 hrs away and quit my job. My question is is there a way to stop this garnishment?
