on mothers day 2006, my daughter and i had a verbal disagreement, she got mad and her and the boys left (they had been living with us, because she left the father, long story, but he is no good for anyone,and loves to cause trouble wherever he goes, so i live in a town of 1500 people, and it was a sunday so i called the police to tell them that her and i had a disagreement and if "he" found out about it he would try to do something(we had a rest. order on him), so i just wanted to put them on alert incase he showed up, ok no problem, just call us if he comes around. well 2days later a friend of mine told me that cps had taken the children from my daughter and placed them with the fathers brother and his wife! unbelievable, this guy was on the front page of the newspaper for "bumping up" in the bathroom of the public library and comming out and destroyed the library ! and this is where cps placed my grandchildren! my daughter wouldn't talk to me because she was told that i called and had the kids removed from her! so i called cps, they ignored all my phone calls, all my trips down there, my voicemails and even one fax, they acted like i didn't exist, to make a long long story short..er, they eventually coherced my daughter to sign her parental rights away, but agreed to let her file for adoption in 9 months, her court appointed attorney told her she had to do it if she ever wanted to see the children again. so i went to the termination hearing with her, and begged to go in the court to have the boys placed with me so she didn't have to have her rights terminated, her c.a.a. told me i was too late! i then found out that the origional reason they took them was for neglectful supervision, due to an arguement between us, then a few months later, they said it was because my daughter and i were engaged in domestic violence with the boys present. they never notified me that i was a subject in this, they never interviewed me, there are no police reports, there are no domestic charges filed ever. they called me a drug addict, that i lost custody of my kids when they were younger, they even went as far as finding me reason to believe in civil court and i wasn't even afforded my constitutional right to defend myself! they terminated her on july 27, 2007, we talked to a texas certified family law specialist, according to the bar, and she told us

this was the attitude i got throughout the other attorneys in brown county, so i found a criminal appeal att. in another county, she looked over the 127 pages she asked me to fax her and she was appaled at all the laws and codes that had been ignored, and grosly misused. but on the civil end, my daughter only had 180 days to file colleratal damage, and that ended january 27th, but i should contact a civil rights attorney for the numerous civil and constitutional violations. how can i get this into federal court, someone told me to contact the fbi that they will investigate for "color of law", violation. also with this national cps thing going on in texas, i was told that i should go to the media, so people could be shown that cps are not the do -gooders they portray themselves on the interviews and news confrences. currently the children are in an adoptive placement, but these people were not liked by my daughter or the foster mother that had 2 of the 3 boys. i am so mad i could scream, we've never been in trouble with the law, i have never even gotten a speeding ticket! please help, my family is being tortured, and i think the public has a right to know whats really going on in this government office.
