Negligence, Other Injury Funeral Home negligence

Hello my question is I have been affected by the way A funeral home mishandled my deceased spouse creamation remains. They did not deliver the creamation remains to the final resting place they was found by a stranger three years later in a location that I do not want to mention. Now I have to relive my spouse death all over again and make sure that they are sent to the agreed resting place. I feel that they was negligent unprofessional and has open up a wound that had healed!
What can I do to get compensated for my mental deress

I'm sorry this happened but I don't think you have much of a case. You certainly aren't going to get a windfall.
