My house was raided thay found drugs and money so thay froze my bank account and took my money what do i do

So, you must appear to calm, cool, collected at all times.
You should also remain silent.
If asked questions about this sad event, you simply say, "Sorry, I invoke. I will remain silent, and am seeking a lawyer."

You'll likely be arrested.
You should be prepared for that.
You might want to get bail money ready.
Talk to a couple bail bonding companies.
Talk to a couple defense lawyers.
When arrested, COOPERATE with the police.
Obey their commands, and even when invoking remain calm.

If you can't afford a lawyer, wait, plead not guilty, politely decline to discuss this matter with anyone, except your lawyer.
Don't discuss this with your associates, friends, or other inmates in jail.
Ask the judge if you qualify for a public defender.
Then behave yourself.
Wait for the process to unfold.

If you have more STUFF, destroy it, don't try to, YOU KNOW.

I was already areasted thay charged me with poss money laundeing and froze my bank account im neeading to no what actions or steps do thay have to take before freezing my account

Do as I suggested, silence is best weapon now.
Never try to explain, or deny.
That is a trap.
Also exercise patience.
If they've gone as far as you say, they have some stuff on you.
I think they have a snitch or two, mate.
Watch your back, the snitch is usually someone you trust.
The snitch has probably ratted you out to save his or her carcASS.
