I have a friend who plead guilty to conspiracy of drug charge and has never been in trouble before.He has been given a year to spend in jail.He wife is very ill and cannot be left alone. All that he wants is to serve his time under house arrest so he can take care of his wife. But this seems impossible here in the little town we live in.The law is left up to who you know in this town. Please if anyone can help. He is to be sentenced on Sept.28.
