I have been accused with a Federal Offense, I didn't renewal my green card; I have to do before March 2013 ,but for the Insurance Fraud case still pending I don't know what to do? can I renewal my Green Card? but what happen if I am charge with that offense and I have to paid 2 years in jail, I am married with to US children, can I loose my green card anyway, or I have any solution to my case?

I suggest you plead NOT GUILTY. ask for a court appointed lawyer (you are free to hire and pay for your own lawyer), admit to nothing. SHUT UP ABOUT ANY OF THIS, speak ONLY to your lawyer, and wait.
Until your case is resolved, which on the federal system can take from 12-18 months, be patient.
