I was a co-founder in a Delaware C-corp, which was started about 4 years ago. The company has become quite successful and I left about 1 year ago to pursue new opportunities. The company is still private, but has been pursued on numerous occasions for acquisition or merger.
A few questions:
1) As a shareholder, can I request a copy of the stock-ledger?? (There was nothing in the corporate by-laws to indicate I could not)
2) Can I also request Board Meeting Minutes since my departure??
3) As this company gets closer to merger, acquisition, going public, etc. that my equity remains intact
