A disgruntled employee has sent my company emails, with others on copy, stating very derogatory comments regarding business practice. In addition, this former employee is now going to various web related review sites posing as customers and making false negative claims against my company.
Are there any suggestions on countering these actions? The various website blog and internet provider sites have been contacted regarding the legitimacy of the postings but in the long term it could be detrimental.
