Former CEO still has documents

They have access to a lawyer who handles sensitive issues - but it is on a "as needed" basis and is not free.

All of this noise about paying lawyers is largely beside the point. If the company doesn't have the financial resources to take action to protect its interests, then it likely doesn't matter much whether or not the former CEO returns the documents. Is getting the documents back going to stop this company from circling the drain, as it appears to be doing?
