Personal Bankruptcy Forgotten Creditor

I filed a no asset chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2000. Since then it has come to my attention the a creditor was overlooked. Can this be resolved? The account is now showing as a collection account on my credit reports.

I filed a no asset chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2000. Since then it has come to my attention the a creditor was overlooked. Can this be resolved? The account is now showing as a collection account on my credit reports.

My understanding is that you may file a timely amendment. Given that you are now at least 4 years from the date of filing, I'm not sure that this is timely.
