I work for a gov't contractor overseas. DHL calls our office because of a package that was wrongfully delivered here when it was supposed to go to Afghanistan.
The rep called and said that I signed for the package on Friday July 4th.
For one, our office is closed on Fridays. Two, I was on vacation in the states.
I received the tracking number from the rep, tracked it online and my name was on the site as signing for the package.
The package is lost, and they are looking for someone to blame.
Can any legal action be taken?
