This is for the state of MD: If your car is seized, related to drug charges, do the state's attorney have 45 business days or 45 consecutive days to file the complaint for forfeiture??

Maryland Code of Criminal Procedure - Subtitle 3 - Forfeiture Proceedings - 12-304 - Deadlines for filing complaint seeking forfeiture - (b) (b) Forfeiture of motor vehicle. -- A complaint for the forfeiture of a motor vehicle shall be filed within 45 days after the motor vehicle is seized.
The statute doesn't distinguish between calendar days and business days so, taken on it's face, a day is a day, and it would be 45 consecutive calendar days.
