Received a foreclosure summons. They has my ex husband name on the summons. He is no longer on title and never signed the Mortgage. Due to divorce title is ONLY under my name. This information was communicated to the Bank few years back. Now with the Summons they have included him. And he his freaking out.
Do I contact bank's lawyer and ask them correct it? or go to Court and explain the situation and have a corrected Summons issued?
