I have an eight year old daughter by my ex-husband who never sees her, talks to her, and has never paid child support. He is a drug addict who is constantly in and out of jail, rehab, and half-way houses. I worry about if something should happen to me, he would then be her gaurdian. Is there a way I can force him to sign away his parental rights?
