My jurisdiction is: Oregon

I have been a tenant for just over 6 years and always on a lease. My lease ran out at the end of January and my husband had accepted a job on-site as maintenance supervisor. He was recently fired and we separated. He signed a notice of intent to vacate, only he signed it although he, myself and our 18 yr old daughter signed the "recertification paperwork" this March and I was still listed on the rental agreement. The manager is making the kids and me move even though I did not sign the vacate notice and don't want to move. She admitted the reasoning is because we have separated before and the "possibility" we might get back together. I have even assured her we are filing a legal separation and offered to sign an addendum agreeing that he not come on property.
She has refused and even said she has the apartment re-rented already.

Do we legally have to move or do we have a legal right to stay?
