I have some issues with home I’m renting. A terrible mold issue which was covered up with fresh paint. Toilets don’t work and neither does the heater but what really bothers me is I’ve discover that landlord has six rental homes on this property and one water well. The electrical to the well along with everyone’s aerobic sewage system is fed by my meter pole. What are my options?

You could start by asking your landlord to discuss the matters that concern you.

If that fails, or even before asking your lawyer to speak with you, you are free to contact the local building inspectors, the health department, or your local elected county/city officials seeking thir help in making sure you are safe (as is the property you're renting).
