flooded out

    The proberty next to mine the owners built the ground up right beside the fence.So now when it rains it floods me out my trailor and land stays under water for quite awhile.I have no drain ditches ive been on the city about that issue also for 20 years they just keep putting me off.im about to be homeless with no where to go.I really could use some advice.

    You've lived with it for 20 years.

    That might be too long to act now.

    But, you can speak with a lawyer and see what he or she can tell you.

    You should also bring the issue up to your mayor and elected city official.

    If you have a city manager, speak with his office.
