If a person is on probation (deferred adjudication) for a state 3rd degree felony, will he or she be pursued in Europe if they should deicide to flee probation?

there are lots of ifs.

If he is in violation of probation and the American court issues an arrest warrant he will be included in the national fugitive database. In today's heightened security environment the FBI, who manages this database, and the European countries are working closely together. Chances are that the European countries would not permit this person to enter and send him back to the US right away.

European laws are different from ours. But most countries in the world do not want to be bothered with criminals on the run, so once there is a warrant out somewhere they rather simply deny entry to the person than to risk having to deal with extradition and stuff.
