Ive paid my attorney and its been 2urs and he h@s not done as ive asked of him how can i fire him i have court in 5daus

Simply write a letter to him informing as of WHATEVER DATE &TIME you no longer require his services, therefore he's terminated immediately.

You can also inform the judge in court by asking permission to be heard, unless the lawyer tells the judge.

You will then be able to ask for a continuance of two r three weeks to allow you time to hire a new attorney.
