My jurisdiction is: Denton County, Texas
I was arrested with less than two ounces of cocaine and marijuana in my possession. I have one misdemeanor on my record as a juvenile. This is my first offense as an adult. The police have charged me with 2 oz cocaine possession , a felony, and 2 oz marijuana possession. Is there a first offense program in Texas that would allow me not to go to jail and eventually have the charges es ponged from my record? What about probation?
