Hi,
I have recruited by top consulting company in USA from Austarlia. They fired me within a month.They fired me stating that my skills do not match. Actually they do not have projects, its not about skill. It took six moths to hire me and get me in US and a months time to fire me realizing my skill set was not appropriate.
Now I have to leave this country if i do not get a job and i got basic liabilities like rent agreeement, car, Phone etc.
What kind of compensation should I get?
