finding out a cop's schedule

any way i can find out a cop's schedule to see if he is on duty when my court date is?

most likely when they are on duty they won't want to go to court right?

if the cop gave you the court date then he will be there for sure. and cops get paid to go to court so i don't see why he wouldn't be there if he need to be.

It really is not worth the effort to try to get a court date while the officer is on "Vacation." If you have no real defense try postponing the court date as long as possible. The officer won't be able to testify to independent recollection and may not bother to show up for a ticket that he can't remember. The more time that passes the less likely the officer will show up, unless of course this was a serious violation or it was particularly memorable.
