I am trying to locate my creditors? Being military I move alot and I lose track of bills, for the past 7 years I have lived overseas and never got anything. Now that I am back in the US, I want to take care of all old debts. Is there away that I can find out if I owe and who? If there has been a judgement against me or anything?
Also is it better that I make first contact or to wait and let them?
