Here is a scenario, please tell me what you think.
Husband and Wife, wife has an affair kicks husband out of house.
--had an agreement made up, she wanted the house in leiu of child support
-signed off the house before she signed the agreement, when agreement was done she wouldn't sign. scheduled a hearing for child support but didn't follow through
-then emailed stating child is better off with me.
-i have all these miscellaneous bills to pay for as well as supporting my child (cs threw his prev. medical expenses out the door- never knew he had them until they went to collections). Ex and her child ran up a cell 600 cell phone bill which promised to pay but never did then tack on all the late and shut off notices 1900. And the computer bill, well she won't give the computer back in order for me to return it.
-had no money for a lawyer to fight for the computer and cell. There is more to the story than this but wanted to keep it short and sweet.
What can I do for the miscellaneous bills? They weren't part of the divorce, actually nothing was part of the divorce.
Is there a way to hold her accountable for withholding the computer and outrageous cell phone bill.
