Final Pay - Pennsylvania

I was let go by my company. My payments were bi-monthly (15 and last day of the month). I was let go on september 11 and I should receive my pay by now, but I haven't. Can anyone give me any advice? I tried contacint the lady in accounts payable, but I haven't heard back from her.
