My husband has a court date for 10-25-05 for a hit and run case. We have an attorney to represent him with this criminal matter. He did not know he had hit the car. The car was parked with no one in it. The damages are minor. My insurance (Allstate) took car of the damage.
The problem is that we are in the process of filing his I-485. We are aware that we have to admitt that he was cited for the hit and run, but the question with having committed a moral turpitude act, he did not know he hit the car, should we say no?
Also, should we file now or wait to see what happens at the court hearing on 10-25-05?
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
